Yes, we do not share students’ data to any institutions or agency  

If using mobile device –  

  • You should at least have a phone with 4GB Ram 
  • you should have a laptop if pursuing any technical course like data analytics, react JS etc. with software with RAM of 4GB and onwards 
1.3 Self-paced learning

Self-paced learning means you can learn in your own time and schedule. You don’t need to complete the same assignments or learn at the same time as others. You can proceed from one topic or segment to the next at your own speed 

Go to the search option (at the bottom) use keywords related to the skill/course you want to pursue and click search, you will get courses/articles then, look for most relevant one and you are good to go, refer to this video link to find the course

1.4 SkillsBuild Certificates and Badges
  1. Click on the 3 dots at the right side of sharing option under IBM Skills Build logo
  2. Click on View completion certificate
  3. You can download it or share it in the IBM WhatsApp group, you may have joined

 

Organizations across the globe need confident team players, a skilled worker also commands higher earnings and gainful employment. This is because they cannot be substituted easily because it takes years to generate manpower that is skilled in a particular field that is why keep upskilling and reskilling ourselves have utmost importance

Yes, we do convey information, links, course recommendations on a shared platform like WhatsApp for that students for the same college should be there  

Orientation - IBM Innovation Camp & Internships

Computer Science, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, Statistics, Maths  

Pursuing Technical Education BE/B.Tech II, III, IV Year / BCA II, III year / MCA I, II year 

Students are invite to participate in Bootcamps and Internship by their Institutions. However if students would like to independently apply, they may do so at the AICTE Internship Page.

      3. Select a Internship of Choice
      4. Apply

No, this internship is designed for primarily technical students with an engineering background 

6 weeks
This includes 2 weeks of self-study and 4 weeks of Mentoring Session/ Referring to Project videos of project work

This is an un-paid internship and will not cost you any money either. It is free of cost. 

      1. Access to IBM SkillsBuild E-Learning Platform with over 10,000 curated courses on technical and professional skills
      2. Opportunity to accelerate your learning in project based, collaborative environments
      3. Led by industry experts as mentors in master-class sessions for best learning experience Showcase your skills in a product/service by solving real-world challenges
      4. Certification from IBM and Edunet will boost confidence and your value to future employers

You are expected to work 3-5 hours per week and attend your mentorship sessions 

After your application, it will take 2-3 weeks to complete shortlisting and batch formation 

After a student is shortlisted 

  1. You will be invited to join a WhatsApp Group – Via Email or WhatsApp Message
  2. You will have to completed a form stating which topic you want to pursue
  3. You will be given an offer letter and a returnslip which you will have to submit 
  4. Once offer letter return slip is received your internship will begin

No, interns can only participate in one internship at a time. 

Yes from the 2nd week onwards you will be assigned mentors to guide you through your project work 

You will have to complete atleast 20 hours of course material on SkillsBuild

You will choose a problem statement linked to your chosen technology and complete the project accordingly. E.g. AI – Mental Fitness Tracker, CS- DOC Attack using NS2, FED – Portfolio Site, DA- Doctor Visit Analysis.

You can choose between 4 technologies:

      1. Artificial Intelligence
      2. Data Analytics
      3. Front End Development
      4. Cyber Security

There are 3 problem statements per technology

Yes, you are required to have access to a laptop and stable internet. 

Submit a project Presentation
Complete a Testimonial form
Complete 20 hours of SkillsBuild Courses

You will receive a certificate signed by IBM SkillsBuild and Edunet Foundation with concern government authority logo

No, there are no placement opportunities linked with this internship. This is an internship aimed at improving employability.
